Below you will find our packages and services we offer, please note that all pricing varies depending on size and cleanlines. It is best to book a consultation if you are unsure what service/package best suits your needs or if you’re inquiring about a service you don’t see!
When booking a consultation it needs to be no less than 24 hrs before service is needed.
Our mission
Luxury Clean & Co strives to provide the highest quality cleaning services.
We also offer the use of non-toxic, plant based, and environmentally friendly products. An effective and safe way of going green one clean at a time.
*If you are booking a consultation it needs to be at least 24hrs before services are needed.
*A $50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required upon booking your cleaning, which is then applied to the remainder of the invoice.
*All invoices must be paid in full the day of service.
*You may reschedule an appointment one time free of charge. After you reschedule if you need to reschedule again you will lose your $50 deposit and need to rebook a new appointment. Please communicate 48 hours before the appointment about rescheduling.

Residential Services
Basic Clean
Bedroom- Make the bed, surface dusting, mirrors cleaned, and all surfaces wiped down.
Kitchen- Wash/sanitize tapletops, countertops, and appliances.
Bathroom- Clean mirror, wash and sanitize sink, tub/shower, and toilet.
Living/Dining room- Light dusting, sanitize surfaces, vacuum any couch surfaces.
All Rooms- Clean ceiling fans, cobwebs, sweep/mop floors and take out garbage.
Deep Clean
Bedroom- Change linens, make the bed, surface dusting, mirrors cleaned, and all surfaces wiped down .
Kitchen- Inside microwave, outside cabinets, clean sink and backsplash, wash dishes, sanitize tabletops, countertops. and appliances
Bathroom- Clean all fixtures, wash and sanitize sink, clean mirror, tub/shower, and toilet,
living/Dining room- Vacuum any couch surfaces, dust, wipe down all surfaces.
All Rooms- Dust/clean baseboards free of grime, cobwebs, ceiling fans, clean blinds, take out garbage, clean/dust all lights within reach and sweep/mop floors
Luxury Clean

All Rooms- Dust/clean baseboards free of grime, cobwebs, ceiling fans, clean blinds, take out garbage, clean/dust all lights within reach, spot clean walls, and sweep/mop/vacuum all floors.

Move in/Move out
Bathrooms- Toilet, tub/shower, sink, dust, clean mirror, baseboards, and sweep/mop flooring.
Kitchen- Stove, fridge, pantry, baseboard, microwave, wipe down all exterior cabinets, windows,and sink.
Bedrooms- Baseboards, sweep/vacuum/mop, dust blinds, ceiling fans,wipe all surfaces.
All Rooms- Take trash out, spot clean walls, and do a walk through.
